Gary Phillips is without doubt one of the greatest prospects to ever come out of a USA Collegiate Handball membership. Earlier this month he led West Level to a seventeenth straight Collegiate Handball title and was chosen because the match MVP. On the IHF Rising Nations Championships he was chosen to the all star workforce. An unprecedented accomplishment for a handball athlete nonetheless in school.
